  • âś… Conference fees are for a maximum of two papers for online and face-to-face participation. Additional papers require an additional fee.
  • đź“Ś In case of participation without a paper, online presentations are free of charge for all delegates.
  • 🎓 Participation in the conference is free of charge for members of Istanbul Gedik University and ETSC’26 scientific board members.
  • đź“— Within the scope of the cooperation between Istanbul Gedik University and Azerbaijan, participants from Azerbaijan have the opportunity to make their payments via Local Authors/Local Delegates fees.
⚠️ NOTE
  • đź“„ The payment must be made by participants whose papers are accepted. Papers that are not paid will not be presented at the conference.
  • đź“ť It is mandatory for all participants with and without papers to register for the conference. Participants who do not register for the conference will not be able to attend the conference.

đź’ł REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds can be made for cancellation requests after January 6, 2026 or for any non-attendance.

📦 WHAT DOES THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDE?

  • Only the “Conference Book”, “Participation Certificate (pdf)” and intermission refreshments (for face-to-face sessions) are included in the conference fee.
