INFO FOR PRESENTERS

Oral Presentations

Presentation files should be brought by presenters on a USB device or downloaded from the internet on-site. Slides should be in either PowerPoint or PDF format and should be embedded in the PowerPoint presentation for access during your presentation or added to the same folder as supporting materials (e.g. videos).

Presentations will be made using PowerPoint on the Windows operating system. Presenters will not be permitted to use their own computers, so Mac users are asked to export their presentations to a PC-compatible format (either PPTX or PDF).

The format for the projected screen will be 16:9 (width:height). Please adjust your slides accordingly!

There will be computers with Wi-Fi and internet access in the venue.
