According to the decision taken at the General Assembly of the Council of Higher Education dated 07.03.2019, a fee is charged regardless of the acceptance or rejection status of the articles. This fee is requested for pre-evaluation, editorial review, language control service, secretarial, spelling, layout, control, publishing, etc. Refereeing is not subject to a fee.
