- ✅ Conference fees are for a maximum of two papers for online and face-to-face participation. Additional papers require an additional fee.
- 📌 In case of participation without a paper, online presentations are free of charge for all delegates.
- 🎓 Participation in the conference is free of charge for members of Istanbul Gedik University and ETSC’27 scientific board members.
⚠️ NOTE
- 📄 The payment must be made by participants whose papers are accepted. Papers that are not paid will not be presented at the conference.
- 📝 It is mandatory for all participants with and without papers to register for the conference. Participants who do not register for the conference will not be able to attend the conference.
💳 REFUND POLICY
- No refunds can be made for cancellation requests after December 31, 2026 or for any non-attendance.
📦 WHAT DOES THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDE?
- Only the “Conference Book”, “Participation Certificate (pdf)” and intermission refreshments (for face-to-face sessions) are included in the conference fee.
